She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and an approved Tutor.Morenike is also member of the training faculty at the Lagos Multidoor Court House (LMDC) where she has successfully mediated and sat as sole arbitrator in several matters. Tara Aisida is a 1991 graduate from the Lagos state university. She was admitted to the Nigeria Bar in December, 1992 and has both Legal operations and managerial experience and skills having worked as a Litigator, Company Secretary and as Managing head of a law firm. Her career has covered several areas of Legal Practice varying from Litigation, Administration and mediation. As a company secretary she has been responsible, as the Chief administrator of an indigenous group of companies in ensuring the formulation and implementation of the company’s policies and compliance with regulatory bodies.She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitration (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. She is currently the Head of the family law division of the firm and oversees all matters involving settlement of estates, matrimonial causes and child protection matters.
Seun joined the firm in 2013 having worked as a Company secretary in an investment holding company.Seun’s experience is primarily in compliance and documentation in respect of corporate bodies at the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria and other governmental agencies.Seun is an alumia of the University of Lagos and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court in 2006.Seun is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), member of the Nigerian Bar Association, member of the Internet Bar Association and member ODR Africa Network.
Kingsley graduated from the University of Nigeria, Enugu State in 2014 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in2015. Kingsley has the drive and innate capabilities which are required to enhance the tempo of our operations His interest areas are general Civil and Criminal Litigation. He also has a keen interest in Arbitration.
Victor has worked as an Office Administrator with over a decade of deep and sound business acumen. He is diligent and result driven and has eyes for details. Trained as a Physicist, He holds a B.Sc degree from Delta State University, Abraka.Prior to joining the firm, he has worked as an Office Administrator at Rimsom Associates Limited, a financial consulting firm with headquarters in Washington DC, U.S.A where he was a team player on numerous projects executed by the firm.
Nkemakonam is a graduate of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018. She joined the firm in 2021. Her areas of interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate law, Intellectual property law and General litigation.
Oyinkansola is the Practice manager of the Firm She joined the firm in 2011 having previously worked in the Works Department of the Osun State Civil Service. She attended Osun State College of Technology where she obtained Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.She is responsible for the day–to-day management of the firm and its administrative team. She manages the budget, personnel records, staff databases, social activities as well as fulfilling other business management duties of the firm.
